Esta, a 7-year-old military working dog with the 49th Security Forces Squadron, jumps as she awaits the command to attack a decoy during a training class March 20. The decoy training class is used to help understand proper decoy and dog handling procedures. MWDs are used throughout the military to detect explosive devices and illegal narcotics and assist during patrol on military installations worldwide.
