Sgt. Sadat Allhassan, assigned to the 1st Sustainment Command based out of Fort Bragg, N.C., uses the radio during a common task training event to test his ability to call in for a medical evacuation, Aug. 27. The station is one of the five the Soldiers and noncommisioned officers had to perform during the common task training portion of the Third Army Soldier and NCO of the year competition, Aug. 27. The event was held at Fort McPherson, Ga. The winner from each respective level will compete in the Department of the Army Soldier and NCO of the year competition in October at Fort Lee, Va.
