Spc. Iraq Rahiim Blackledge, assigned to Area Support Group-Qatar, aims to employ a claymore mine during the Third Army Soldier and non-commissioned officer of the year competition, Aug. 27. The event was one of five common task training events held during the day. The event was held at Fort McPherson, Ga. The winner from each respective level will compete in the Department of the Army Soldier and NCO of the year competition in October at Fort Lee, Va.
