JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (June 4, 2019) – Hospitalman Ian Kaiser, a surgical technician at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, retrieves instruments for an orthopedic surgery in the O.R. Kaiser, a native of Plymouth, Michigan, was awarded NH Jacksonville’s Culture of Patient Safety Award for fostering a culture of safety and high reliability. “Everyone does their part to keep the patient safe. It takes the whole operating room to do that.
