Military personnel from multiple nations are gathered on a naval vessel docked at a harbor, appearing to be engaged in a briefing or coordination meeting. A Norwegian flag is prominently visible on the boat's stern, and personnel are wearing both US Marine Corps digital camouflage and multicam/other camouflage uniforms. The setting appears to be a Norwegian coastal town based on the visible waterfront buildings and terrain.
