This is an aqua levee Feb. 29, 2012 that is being installed and will be made into a makeshift coffer dam. The pipes are inserted where Brown Creek enters Greenbelt Lake and will pump out water and discharge it downstream of the lake to allow the lake bed to dry so the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville district can remove sediment.
