A group of U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) camouflage are gathered inside what appears to be a building under renovation or inspection. Several personnel are wearing white hard hats, and at least one civilian is wearing an orange safety vest, suggesting a construction site walkthrough or facility inspection. The group appears to be in a briefing or discussion formation inside a large, partially finished interior space.
