    Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III shakes hands with each student from a 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic course being conducted at the Regional Training Site - Maintenance at Camp Roberts, Calif., Jan. 25, 2012. Chandler stopped by during his visit to the camp to check on soldier training and quality of life. He used this time to explain his leadership principles and challenge each soldier to be their best.
