    Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III, listens to a briefing about the renovations taking place during his tour of Camp Roberts, Calif., Jan. 25, 2012. The purpose of the visit was to see the soldier's training and quality of life at the camp. This is one of the latrines that is being revamped to better serve the troops who will use it during their annual training.
