A group of military personnel in desert camouflage uniforms are constructing what appears to be a wooden frame structure, likely a bunker roof or fighting position cover. They are working in an excavated earthen area surrounded by berms and green sandbags. The arid, desert-like terrain visible in the background suggests a forward operating base or training environment.
