A U.S. Marine in full combat gear and camouflage uniform oversees a construction vehicle dumping sand and gravel into what appears to be a HESCO barrier or similar defensive fortification structure. The operation is taking place in an arid, desert environment with rolling sandy hills visible in the background. This appears to be a forward operating base or defensive position construction activity.
