TRÓIA, PORTUGAL (April 10, 2019) – U.S. Marine Cpl. Hunter Sackawitz, an assaultman with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, fires a FN FAL at a combined assault exercise during Instruction Exercise (INSTREX) in Tróia, Portugal, April 10, 2019. Elements from the 22nd MEU are participating in INSTREX in order to sustain combat readiness, execute amphibious operations, demonstrate interoperability and continue a strong partner relationship with our NATO ally.
