VICENZA - The Vicenza Military Community celebrated April 9 National Library Week, a national observance, which was first sponsored in 1958 by the American Library Association. Each year, it is celebrated across the country. This year’s theme was “Libraries = Strong Communities.”
During the week, other events included snacks and crafts at the library on Caserma Del Din; a conversation about self-publishing by a local author in the community; and Story time with a special guest.
