The USS Harry S. Truman returns to its home port of Norfolk this morning, Aug. 1, escorted by the Coast Guard Cutter Cochito, which is enforcing the 500-yard security zone surrounding military vessels. The Cochito is an 87-foot patrol boat also based in Norfolk, Va., whose missions include port and waterways safety and security, enforcement of federal fisheries regulations, and search and rescue.
