190403-N-CZ893-1231 SAN DIEGO (April 3, 2019) – Sailors line up to receive their chemical, biological, radiological protective gear while processing through Navy Reserve Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center (ECRC) San Diego at Naval Mine and Anti-Submarine Warfare Command Point Loma. ECRC is conducting a remote mobilization away from their headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia; testing their ability to mobilize Sailors from various locations throughout the United States.
