Iraqi army Lt. Gen. Abud Qanbar, commanding general of the Baghdad Operations Command and the Iraqi general in charge of Operation Fahrd Al-Qanoon listens, through an interpreter, as Command Sgt. Maj. Stanley L. Small, gives a mission brief at Camp Taji, Iraq. Qanbar accompanied Brig. Gen. John F. Campbell, deputy commanding general for maneuver, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, on a visit to meet with "Ironhorse Brigade" Soldiers first at Camp Taji and then at various outposts outside the wire. Col. Paul E. Funk II, (center) is the 1st Brigade Combat Team commander.
