    190302-N-QL471-374 SANTA RITA, Guam (March 2, 2019) Boatswain’s mate 3rd Class Yaw Sarpong, right, and Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Anthony Cox, assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, Detachment Guam, attach cables to a crane at the Kilo Pier on Naval Base Guam. NCHB-1, Detachment Guam, assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, is the Navy’s only active duty cargo handling battalion. They are a rapidly deployable unit of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, capable of loading and discharging ships and aircraft in all-climatic and threat conditions.
