    190302-N-QL471-140 SANTA RITA, Guam (March 2, 2019) Boatswain’s mate 3rd Class Yaw Sarpong, assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, Detachment Guam, heaves a line at the Kilo Pier on Naval Base Guam. NCHB-1, Detachment Guam, assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, is the Navy’s only active duty cargo handling battalion. They are a rapidly deployable unit of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, capable of loading and discharging ships and aircraft in all-climatic and threat conditions.
