    190302-N-QL471-003 SANTA RITA, Guam (March 2, 2019) Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, Detachment Guam, move a container from the Military Sealift Command Air Force Container Ship, MV Captain David I. Lyon (T-AK 5362) to the pier. NCHB-1, Detachment Guam, assigned to Commander, Task Force 75, is the Navy’s only active duty cargo handling battalion. They are a rapidly deployable unit of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, capable of loading and discharging ships and aircraft in all-climatic and threat conditions.
