A military helicopter, consistent with a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk or HH-60 Pave Hawk variant, is captured in low-altitude flight with rotor wash visibly disturbing debris in the foreground. A second helicopter of the same type is visible in the background at higher altitude. The setting appears to be a field training or landing zone operation in a forested, mountainous region under overcast skies.

A HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter assigned to the U.S. Air Force 56th Rescue Squadron, based out of Aviano Air Base, Italy, airlifts a notional survivor during personnel recovery exercise Feb. 6, 2019, in Croatia. Also present was the U.S. Air Force's 67th Special Operations Squadron from RAF Mildenhall, England, owners of the MC-130J Commando II which provides infiltration, exfiltration and resupply of special operations forces and equipment in hostile or denied territory. Units across the European Command remain proficient in their abilities to deliver combat search and rescue capabilities wherever and whenever they’re needed. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
