Culinary specialists assigned to 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Pvt. 1st Class Dayana Bahena, from 4th Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment and Spc. Contance Nichols from 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment; prepare a recipe designed by executive chef Mike Speranza during training on Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
