YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Dec. 8, 2018) – U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Randy Noriega, bottom, a military policeman with Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, participates in a handcuffing techniques practical application class taught to the police officers and firefighters of Yap State Police Force at the Yap Medical Center, Dec. 8. The detachment conducted the training to expand the Yap Police Force’s law enforcement knowledge and reinforce their abilities to stop crime on the island. Koa Moana conducted the training as part of the Task Force's continued multilateral engagements designed to strengthen and enhance relationships among the United States and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific and South Pacific regions.
