YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Dec. 8, 2018) – U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Stephen Reagin, right, a military policeman with Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, observes Yap Police Officer Clayton Sarmaithog, left, an officer with Yap State Police Force, perform proper handcuffing techniques on another Marine at the Yap Medical Center, Dec. 8. The detachment conducted the training to expand the Yap Police Force’s law enforcement knowledge and reinforce their abilities to stop crime on the island. Koa Moana conducted the training as part of the Task Force's continued multilateral engagements designed to strengthen and enhance relationships among the United States and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific and South Pacific regions.
