YAP, Federated States of Micronesia (Dec. 10, 2018) – Yap Police Officer Benjamin Wag, a patrol private with Yap State Police Force, searches a vehicle during a vehicle search and seizure practical application class taught by U.S. Marines with Law Enforcement Detachment, Task Force Koa Moana, at the Yap Sports Complex Center, Dec. 10. The detachment conducted the training to expand the Yap Police Force’s law enforcement knowledge and reinforce their abilities to stop crime on the island. Koa Moana conducted the training as part of the Task Force's continued multilateral engagements designed to strengthen and enhance relationships among the United States and partner nations in the Indo-Pacific and South Pacific regions.
