Members of the U.S. military, NIPPO construction, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan District, and the GF Public Works Branch stand in front of the completed Landing Helicopter Dock training site during a ribbon cutting ceremony Jan. 16, 2019 at Ie Shima Training Facility, Okinawa, Japan. The ceremony was held to recognize the hard work of local and U.S. organizations and the completion of the LHD training site.
