The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District Black Rock Lock employees prepare the second Lock gate to lie in the Buffalo District parking lot, Buffalo, NY, Jan. 14, 2019. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District Black Rock Lock employees, the Buffalo District Dive Team, USACE Huntington District, USACE Losuiville District, and USACE Pittsburgh District Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) continue work on the Black Rock Lock anchorage repairs which will improve the Black Rock Lock infrastructure and sustain the functionality for future navigation seasons.
