The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District Black Rock Lock employees, the Buffalo District Dive Team, USACE Huntington District, USACE Losuiville District, and USACE Pittsburgh District Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) continue work on the Black Rock Lock gate repairs, including disconnecting the gates from the Lock's concrete embedment, Buffalo, NY, Jan. 12, 2019. The repairs will improve the Black Rock Lock infrastructure and sustain the functionality for future navigation seasons.
