SAIPAN, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Jan. 10, 2019) — An Airman assigned to Task Group Engineer steps down to a lower level to drill roofing tin onto a residence in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, that was damaged by Super Typhoon Yutu. Military service members from Joint Region Marianas and Indo-Pacific Command are proud of their efforts to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency and work with the CNMI’s civil and local officials to recover from the devastating impacts of Super Typhoon Yutu, which hit the island Oct. 24, 2018.
