181204-N-IB739-1010 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 4, 2018) Steelworker 1st Class Michael Featherston, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. Yokosuka/Atsugi, updates Cmdr. Joseph Harder, commanding officer of NMCB-3, on a project to construct a pre-engineered building for a wood-working shop. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
