181204-N-IB739-1001 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 4, 2018) Cmdr. Joseph Harder, commanding officer of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, and Command Master Chief Alonso Cadena, command master chief of NMCB-3, hold an all hands call with NMCB-3, Det. Yokosuka/Atsugi’s E-3 and below Seabees. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
