(Dec. 10, 2018) Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Richard Robles, a Sailor assigned to the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), poses for a photo during an advancement ceremony at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton. George Washington is undergoing refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) at Newport News Shipyard. RCOH is a four-year project performed once during an aircraft carrier’s life-cycle that includes refueling of the ship's two nuclear reactors, repairs, upgrades and modernization.
