U.S. Army soldiers from Hawk Company, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment and Turkish Land Force soldiers load a MK-19, Dec. 7, 2011. The 2nd Cavalry Regiment is conducting a Small Unit Exchange with the Turkish army from Dec. 2 to Dec. 12, 2011 to build and develop an enduring relationship with the Turkish land forces. The United States Army Europe exchange is a 2-part exercise, with 2nd Cavalry Regiment deploying a squad sized element to train at the Turkish Commando School and the Turkish Army deploying a 10-man detachment to Rose Barracks to train with 2nd Cavalry Regiment.
