Ford's (CVN 78) security department, receives her frocking letter from Lt. Cmdr. Fred Masten, Ford's security officer, during a promotion ceremony onboard Ford. More than 125 Ford Sailors advanced from the Fall 2018 Navy-wide advancement exam.
