NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Nov. 30, 2018) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Madeline Lutz, from Lancaster, California, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) security department, receives her frocking letter from Lt. Cmdr. Fred Masten, Ford's security officer, during a promotion ceremony onboard Ford. More than 125 Ford Sailors advanced from the Fall 2018 Navy-wide advancement exam.
