NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Nov. 30, 2018) Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Michael Halford, from Conway, South Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) security department, is pinned to his current rank during a promotion ceremony onboard Ford. More than 125 Ford Sailors advanced from the Fall 2018 Navy-wide advancement exam.
