CAMP AS SALIYAH, Qatar – Sgt. 1st Class Anthony Darris, the Class one non-commissioned officer-in-charge for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command-Operational Command Post, based in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, presented his unit’s accomplishments and concerns during the Food Service Management Board, held Nov. 5-7, here.
