Pringle, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group THREE, stands with Midshipmen from the Prairie View A&M University Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC), following an ROTC and Recruiting Engagement Effort (R2E2) brief at Prairie View Agricultural and Mechanical University in Prairie View, Texas, on Nov. 16, 2018.
