PRAIRIE VIEW, TX (Nov. 16, 2018) Rear Adm. Cedric E. Pringle, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group THREE, stands with Midshipmen from the Prairie View A&M University Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC), following a working luncheon to discuss Naval leadership during an ROTC and Recruiting Engagement Effort (R2E2) visit to Prairie View Agricultural and Mechanical University in Prairie View, Texas, on Nov. 16, 2018.
