Sgt. Alberto Gonzalez with India Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines, (I 2/10), directs an Iraqi male where to stand to get a new identification badge in Al Nuammia, Iraq, June 20. The Marines set up Biometrics Automated Tool Sets (BATS) to make it easier for male residents to get their badges renewed. The unit is deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
