Lance Cpl. Brian Gamble sets up Biometrics Automated Tool Sets (BATS) in Al Nuammia, Iraq, June 20. Marines from India Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines (I 2/10), operate BATS to make it easier for male residents to get their identification badges renewed. The unit is deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
