MULDRAUGH, Ky. - Mayor Joseph E. Noon, Sr., Muldraugh’s eighth mayor and retired United States Army veteran tosses candy during the Muldraugh "Down Home Days" parade, Oct. 6. The chief of staff and his wife were the grand marshals for the parade. 1st TSC also provided the color guard and HMMV for the event.
