MULDRAUGH, Ky. - Col. Sidney Melton, chief of staff for 1st Theater Sustainment Command, and Mayor Joseph E. Noon, Sr. shake hands before the Muldraugh "Down Home Days" parade, Oct. 6. Melton served as one of the grand marshals for the parade. The 1st TSC team also provided the color guard and HMMV for the event. 1st TSC is honored to be partnered with the community of Muldraugh.
