EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 29, 2018) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Billy Young instructs Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Airman Zhain Tackett (left) aboard amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), as he performs baton blocks after receiving a dose of oleoresin capsicum (OC) during an OC spray course in the hangar bay. The OC spray course is part of the security reaction force training that provides Sailors with training in non-lethal weapons, baton employment and close range subject control.
