EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 29, 2018) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Billy Young sprays oleoresin capsicum (OC) at Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Eduard Voicu aboard amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), during an OC spray course in the hangar bay. The OC spray course is part of the security reaction force training that provides Sailors with training in non-lethal weapons, baton employment and close range subject control.
