In the fields behind the Soldiers, the 37th Division jumped off on the morning of Sept. 25, 1918, as the center of the V Corps during the Meuse-Argonne Campaign. A group of current Soldiers from the 37th traveled to France and Belgium Aug. 3-9 as part of the U.S. Army’s World War I Centennial Commemoration.
