Sailors from the Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 2, Boat Detachment Charlie, conduct a patrol in an 800-series Sea Ark while escorting the USS Carney in the Gulf of Tadjoura, Djibouti, recently. The squadron provides a maritime security force in support of Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, with the capability to employ trained and equipped units that provide force protection for designated assets and infrastructure.
