Dona Ana Military Camp in the distance, also called the RUBA (Rotational Unit Bivouac Area) for six-weeks (late July through early Sept.) will have a sole mission, to be the central location where over 3,800 Soldiers of the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team conduct reception, staging, and onward-movement and integration into the immense training areas north and west of the RUBA at Fort Bliss, Texas 6-28 Aug. 2018.
National Guard units from North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia, comprise the almost 3,800 Citizen-Soldiers of the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team.
