Cpl. Dominic Vega, landing support specialist, and Lance Cpl. Patrick Mistral, landing support specialist, Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit prepare to attach a Harrier engine to a CH-53E “Super Stallion” for transport to the USS Boxer for Camp Lemonnier Djibouti July 30. The 13th MEU returned to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton Sept. 29 after spending seven months as a Theater Reserve Force also providing support for maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in both 5th and 7th Fleet Areas of Responsibility.
