U.S. Navy Corpsman HM2 Matthew Schulten (left) and HN Guillermo Mendoza hurry to load a simulated casualty into a helicopter for a casualty evacuation drill during Artillery Relocation Training Program 18-2 July 30, 2018, on Camp YMA, Yausubetsu Maneuver Area, Hokkaido, Japan. The drill gave the corpsman an opportunity to work alongside the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force to insure that in the event of a real scenario they could transport a patient to a nearby hospital in a timely manner.
