Navy Corpsman HN Guillermo Mendoza (left), and Lt. Angela Zah work together to lift a mock patient out of a truck during a casualty evacuation drill during Artillery Relocation Training Program 18-2 July 30, 2018, on Camp YMA, Yausubetsu Maneuver Area, Hokkaido, Japan. The drill was to insure that in the event of a real situation they could transport the patient to a nearby hospital in a timely manner. The corpsman are working with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, based out of Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan.
