A sailor with the Helicopter Sea Combat 28 signals a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter as another member of the crew inspects the rotors before a night fast-roping training event as part of the Special Operations Command Europe's Jackal Stone exercise near Constanta, Romania, Sept. 12. The purpose of the exercise is to promote cooperation and interoperability between the nine participating forces. The multinational forces routinely participate in exercises like this to improve readiness and build capacity.
